LIMOARK Terms of Service

  • Prepayment Required: All Services must be prepaid in full prior to service. Payment requires presentation of a valid government-issued ID and a copy of the payment method on file.
  • Additional Charges:
    • Base fare
    • Early morning/late night fees
    • Weekend charges
    • Delayed arrival or departure fees per contractual time
    • Tolls, fuel surcharges, and credit card processing fees
    • Rush hour or peak service fees
  • Late or Unpaid Invoices: Any unpaid invoice accrues 18% daily compound interest from the date of service until fully paid.
  • Vehicle Type Billing Rates for Delays:
    • Sedans & SUVs: $1.99 per minute
    • Stretch Limousines: $4.00 per minute
    • Coach Buses & Party Buses: $8.00 per minute
  • No Cancellations: No refunds for delays, changes, or events outside our control, including Acts of God, severe weather, or traffic.
  • Customer Responsibility: Passengers remain fully responsible for payment as outlined in Section 1.
  • Passenger Responsibility: Full liability for any damage to the vehicle, contents, or third parties.
  • Charges: Company reserves the right to repair/replace damages, costs charged to Passenger.
  • Chargebacks: Passenger responsible for all legal fees, punitive damages, and costs for resolving disputes.
  • If Passenger fails to appear at the scheduled pickup location at the confirmed time, the full-service fee will be charged, with no exceptions.
  • No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances in any vehicle.
  • Alcohol may only be consumed by passengers of legal age where permitted by law.
  • Disorderly, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
  • Passengers responsible for cleanup or repair fees resulting from misconduct.
  • All drivers fully licensed; vehicles insured per state & federal law.
  • Seat belts must be worn where required by law.
  • Child seats, if needed, must be provided by Passenger unless prearranged.
  • Company not responsible for delays at airports, train stations, venues, or trip segments.
  • Liability limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
  • Reasonable efforts made for timely, professional service but arrival times not guaranteed.

By using our Services, Passenger or Booker waives any right to participate in any class action lawsuit against LIMOARK or its affiliates.

Use of our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, stored, and used.

All content on the Site, including logos, images, and written material, is prohibited for unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction.

  • Terms governed by laws of the State of New Jersey.
  • Disputes resolved via binding arbitration in Newark, NJ under the AAA rules.
  • Passengers waive any right to bring claims in court or class actions.

By requesting a quote or booking a service, Passenger/Booker acknowledges and agrees to all terms above with no amendments or challenges.

  • Final itinerary submitted 10 days before service.
  • No refunds for lost time due to detours or additional stops.
  • Kegs, coolers, popcorn, chips, glass bottles prohibited inside cabin.
  • Stereo volume may automatically reduce if too loud.
  • Technical failures may result in refund not exceeding $50.
  • Clients responsible for personal belongings.

Payment Policy
Full payment is required at least 45 days before the scheduled service date. A credit card imprint or photos of the front and back of the credit card along with the cardholder’s photo ID may be requested. Payment details on file may be charged for overtime or additional fees if applicable. Personal checks are not accepted less than 45 days before the service. If payment is not received by the deadline, the card on file may be charged automatically.

Deposit Policy
Vehicles are only guaranteed once an initial deposit is received. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Wedding package balances are due 60 days prior to service; other events require full payment 45 days before service unless already paid in full.

Cancellations and modifications must be submitted by email only to book@limoark.com. Requests will not be accepted by phone. Changes must be made at least two weeks before the service date. If the reservation is less than two weeks away, cancellations or modifications can be made within two days of booking but no later than one week before service. Schedule changes after booking are not guaranteed.
NOTE: If you are unhappy with our vehicle for any reason on the day of your reservation, you are entitled to a full refund minus the deposit, only if you send the vehicle back to us and call us to inform us you weren’t happy with the vehicle. If you get into our vehicle and consume your entire reservation, you are by default accepting to pay for your entire reservation. Nowadays, there are services such as Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. There should be no reason to consume your entire reservation with us should the vehicle not be up to your standards. The deposit is refundable only if there is a valid reason i.e mechanical failure, etc.

Vehicle Damage
The person who makes the reservation is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their guests. Disorderly or violent behavior may result in immediate service termination without refund. A minimum sanitation fee of $300 applies for stains or spills from illness. Unpaid fees after 14 days may result in collections, including legal fees.

Smoking & Alcohol Policy
Smoking inside vehicles is prohibited and subject to a $125 charge per incident. Service may be terminated without refund for violations. Drivers may stop to allow smoking outside. Illegal drug use is strictly forbidden and will result in service termination. Alcohol consumption is prohibited in the presence of minors.

  • Drivers will decide if vehicles can safely enter narrow or tight spaces.

  • Certain city areas and roadways may restrict limo or bus access, requiring alternate routes.

  • Clients may not walk or open emergency hatches while the vehicle is moving.

  • Overtime charges are billed in half-hour increments and may not be guaranteed beyond contracted time.

  • The final itinerary must be submitted 10 days before service on provided forms.

  • No refunds for lost time caused by detours or additional stops not in the original itinerary.

  • Kegs, coolers, popcorn, chips, and glass beer bottles are prohibited inside the vehicle cabin but may be stored in trunks if space allows.

  • Stereo volume will automatically reduce if too loud.

  • Technical failures (DVD, TV, iPod, stereo) may result in a refund not exceeding $50.

  • Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.
